VIBE Owner and Instructor, Rachel has been practicing barre for over 5 years. As a lifelong equestrian, and primarily focused on dressage, she has developed a passion for fitness focused on core, stability, and body alignment. When Rachel isn’t working out or at the barn, she works as a sexual health and relationship life coach. This Texas native also has a knack for learning random facts thus earning her the nickname of ‘Brain’ growing up & making her an undeniable asset to any trivia team. Dani Dunmire
Dani Dunmire

Danielle Dunmire, a California native, has been dancing professionally in multiple disciplines and touring the country since she was 16 years old.  Her love of dance led her to fall in love with fitness.  Dani has been teaching fitness for over 10 years and is certified in BarreAmped, Zumba, TRX, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Dance from the University of California – Irvine. Dani makes fitness fun and loves sharing her passion for fitness and dance with people of all ages and levels around the world!  Since moving to Lexington in late 2019, Dani has started her own business, First Dance Lexington, where she teaches people how to dance and feel confident on the dance floor for a wedding, date night, or special event.  When Dani isn’t teaching or dancing, you will find her sharing a bottle of wine with her boyfriend while getting overly competitive playing board games, cuddling with her pup, and watching The Bachelor or Dancing with The Stars on TV.

Meredith Moore
Meredith Moore

Meredith is a creator, connector and collaborator. During the day, she runs a local cowork and office space, Base110, where she mentors entrepreneurs and builds community. She is also co-founder of Women Innovators, Founders, and Leaders (WIFL), an initiative that supports women in business and leaders. She also has a freelance design company, Cultivated Creature. When she isn’t sitting behind a computer, she is staying active and teaching barre. She has been certified and teaching barre for over 3 years. She claims barre changed her relationship with fitness. Outside of her many roles, she loves to explore and support local businesses and the live music scene, frequently accompanied by her dingo, Sebastian.

Liv Jones
Liv Jones

Liv has been working in the fitness industry for nine years and has loved every minute of it. As a certified personal trainer and experienced yoga instructor, Liv has also accumulated certifications in cycling, boxing, fitness dancing, water aerobics and more. She believes in the power of both movement and music, and strives to bring this combination to as many people as possible. When she’s not training, she’s either outside hiking, gardening, reading or spending quality time with her German Shepherd, Sasha.

Erin Short

Erin has been practicing yoga since 2007, and teaching yoga since 2017. She completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training with Barefoot Works Yoga in Lexington, Kentucky in 2017, and completed her 300 hour advanced yoga teacher training with the Asheville Yoga Center in Asheville, North Carolina in 2020. She is trained in and teaches Yoga Basics, Vinyasa, Yoga Sculpt, Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, and Inferno Hot Pilates.  Her passions lie in exploring yoga’s deep roots, as well as bringing the joy of yoga to as many people as possible. Erin has expanded her love for yoga into her mala bead business, Sage + Strand. Sage + Strand creates mala/meditation beads that are handmade in the traditional way, but beautiful enough to wear every day, using only natural, authentic gemstones designed to inspire joy. Nicole Woods

Nicole is a Rockcastle County girl, who was raised in Milwaukee. As a young child, she participated in competitive swimming. Her interest in physical activity waned in her later high school years but returned in her late teens and early twenties when she found pole fitness and yoga. Nicole began her teaching career as a 200 hr yoga teacher and from there her need for knowledge exploded. Now Nicole is a 500 RYT, Bounce Barre/ HIIT Barre instructor, pole instructor and aerial yoga teacher. Nicole is currently in massage therapy school and wrapping up a personal training program.

Chad Tussey

Chad wears a few different hats around Vibe… Along with acting as a business manager and website guru for Vibe, he also functions as a Bootcamp and Kickboxing Instructor. In his former life, Chad was a UK Athlete and Kickboxer, although now he’s just trying to age gracefully with a plethora of old sports injuries.
